  Years after installation, Floors receives a lot of wear and tear. We walk on it every day, back and forth, in both shoes and socks. So floor lose its shine or get stained easily. Flooring restoration is a task that takes on several different forms for several different reasons.
  The dart, stained floor surface will require restoration involving heavy duty floor polishing machine, wet dry vacuum and abrasive tools, the surfaces are first cleaned using high pressure hot water extraction with chemicals to remove all dirt, oil and impurities from the surface. once the surface is clean it is ready to be Honed. this process involves grinding the floor down below the damage and then going through several steps of different grits. with each new higher grid the floor become smoother and closer to being polished, the final step will usually involve a polishing powder which will bring out the highly reflective glass finish.
  Once the floor has been restored, We will teach each customer how to maintain the floor . we alsorecommend bi annual visits in which we will again perform the final polishing step to remove minor scratches and abrasions after which we will reapply the impregnating sealer to the floor to keep it protect until the next visit .During this will insure that you do not have to go through the restoration process for many years.
